Guest Reviews & Ratings
Staying at this hotel was like going on a beautiful tour! The rooms were just as stunning as the museums, offering an amazing view of the sea, though they were not ready as requested. The location is fantastic, right at the heart of the city and close to everything, making it convenient for sightseeing. The dining experience had its ups and downs, being served in a beautiful room but lacking a bit in variety.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right near shopping and the Spanish steps, but the rooms were somewhat lacking in amenities and not as nice as expected. The service was pleasant, although a bit inconsistent. The dining options were varied, but there was an issue with cold food. Overall, the hotel offers a great central location but falls short in room quality and dining experience.
The hotel had some issues with the rooms needing refurbishment and a delay in check-in, but it did offer a good location with easy access to landmarks. The service was lacking friendliness, and the dining experience was not as impressive for a 5-star establishment.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite having nice balconies overlooking pedestrian streets, were a bit cramped and in need of renovation. The pillows were uncomfortable. However, the location was excellent, right in the heart of shopping and dining options. The service had its ups and downs, with some disappointments in the tour arrangements and lack of international adapters. Overall, a stay with both highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were very nice, providing a comfortable stay. However, some areas seemed to be in disrepair, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel is furnished in a way that allows guests to sit and enjoy the ambiance, but there seemed to be some confusion with the agreed-upon rate for the stay, which was a downside. The location was excellent, with easy access to shopping streets and landmarks, but the high price and issues with facilities and staff friendliness were notable drawbacks.
The hotel presents strikingly small and oddly designed rooms with inadequate updates that fall short of a 5-star standard. However, the main downstairs room stands out impressively. There were discrepancies in the charges compared to initial quotes, which was inconvenient.
